Typical Agency Structure

A typical agency deploys a waterfall approach that focuses on a key point of contact disseminating information to discipline leads and then trickling down to specialists doing most of the work. This creates added expense and can have a higher probability of siloing information between team members.

DP Mod Structure

Our approach is agile. We use two primary multi-discipline partners who can also pull from a pool of talented freelance experts. This keeps costs lower due to less overhead needed for staffing and the two leads are constantly connected and engaged on the business they’re partnering with.
