The Backwards Method
Far too often we meet with clients who say, “My sales are down because a competitor has been taking share.” Or sometimes it’s, “I’m introducing a new product or sku and don’t want to follow the same formula.” And recently we’ve heard, “I’m not sure what to do with my business since Covid-19 changed everything.”
In our experience, marketing partnerships that succeed don’t start with a client asking for a specific service. Sure, the initial ask may be for website development or email marketing, and inevitably these may become part of our solution, but our approach is to start at the end (the problem) and then track back to the beginning (the solution).
The point is, we offer strategy, media, creative, production, tech and data solutions, but are less worried about a particular service and more focused on the custom solution to solve your problem and achieve your goals.
